By using the Doz application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. NOT Medical Advice
- Doz is a reminder tool only. The content provided in the app is for organizational and informational purposes.
- Consult your healthcare provider: Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before making any medical decisions, starting a new treatment, or changing your medication schedule.
- Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or configured in Doz.
2. User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the medication information entered into the app.
- You are responsible for monitoring your own health and taking medications as prescribed by your doctor.
- Doz is not liable for missed doses, incorrect entries, or any health complications resulting from the use or misuse of the application.
3. App Availability & Data
- We strive to keep the app functional and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that reminders will always trigger (e.g., due to system notification settings, battery saving modes, or technical failures).
- It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your important health data.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payments: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or disable auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
- Refunds: All purchase and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.
- Standard EULA: By using Doz, you also agree to the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
