Support

We answer every email · support.doz@gmail.com

Something not working the way you expect? Start with the section below that matches your problem. If none of it helps, email support.doz@gmail.com and describe what you're seeing — your iPhone model and iOS version make it much faster to diagnose.

Getting started

Doz is built around prescriptions rather than individual pills, so the first thing to add is the prescription itself.

Reminders aren't arriving

Almost every missed-reminder report comes down to iOS notification permissions rather than Doz itself. Work through these in order.

iCloud sync problems

Subscriptions and billing

Doz Pro is sold as an Apple in-app purchase, which means Apple — not the Doz team — handles the money.

Privacy questions

Doz needs no account, shows no ads, and keeps your prescriptions and schedules on your device. Syncing runs through Apple's private CloudKit database, which the developer cannot read. The privacy policy has the detail.

A note on medical questions

We can help with the app, but not with your treatment. Doz is a reminder and organisation tool, not medical advice — questions about what to take, when to take it, or whether to change a dose belong with your doctor or pharmacist.

Still stuck?

Email support.doz@gmail.com. It reaches the developer directly. You may also want the FAQ for how specific features behave, or the release notes to see whether your issue was fixed in a recent version.
